I am the founder of Interview Techniques. I studied Business & Economics in Trinity College Dublin and have spent over 20 years in recruitment in Dublin and London.
Working on a retained basis with employers as part of their interview panel, has given me a unique insight as to what companies expect in a candidate and why they choose one person over another.
